An analogue of prostaglandin (see PROSTAGLANDINS), used to treat open-angled GLAUCOMA and raised intra-ocular pressure in the EYE. Delivered as eye drops, the drug is used in patients who cannot tolerate, or who fail to respond to, other treatments.
