释义	haptoglobin [ˌhæptəuˈɡləubin]结合珠蛋白，触珠蛋白：为血浆α2球蛋白中的一类糖蛋白，质量为100KD，能与游离血红蛋白相结合。血浆结合珠蛋白的含量在溶血时下降，在组织受损伤坏死时由于合成量增大而含量升高。从其电泳特性可分三型。它们是由两个常染色体等位基因Hp1和Hp2的相互作用决定的。其他变异也已有报道。所有三型的结合珠蛋白均含有两种多肽链，分别为α和β。现在用电泳法已能区分出三种α链和一种β链。结合珠蛋白是一种不均一蛋白质，带有20％的碳水化合物。有两种主要的遗传变异型分别为Hp1和Hp2
