工业性黑变病：生活在煤烟污染的地区，由于食肉动物的选择性捕杀，各种生物群体逐渐变黑，因为惹人注目者被捕食，变黑者不易被发现而存活，故有利于倾向变黑的基因型的发展。胡椒样蛾Biaton betularia就发生了这一改变metallic melanism
