释义	thymidine [ˈθaimiˌdi:n]胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷，胸苷：一种核苷，胸腺嘧啶β-D-呋喃核糖苷；符号T。胸苷(thymidine)曾与脱氧胸苷(deoxythmidine，dT)作同义词用，这是因为原来以为既然没有胸苷核(糖核)苷存在，冠以“脱氧”即无必要。但现知尿嘧啶转录后甲基化产生的胸腺嘧啶，偶尔作为碱基出现于核糖体RNA(rRNA)和转移RNA(tRNA)中，故其应用只限于核(糖核)苷
