释义	thyroxine [θaiˈrɔksi:n]甲状腺素：由甲状腺分泌、甲状腺球蛋白生成的晶体性含碘激素，3，5，3，5-四碘甲腺原氨酸，主要作用为提高细胞代谢率。甲状腺素在外周组织(肝、肾、心脏)脱碘为三碘甲腺原氨酸，后者可能是甲状腺激素的活性“组织”形式，生物活性高得多。最初甲状腺素是Kendall从甲状腺中分离到的，后能合成，用于甲状腺机能减退的治疗。代号T4 习惯用语   levo thyroxine 左旋甲状腺素：见levothyroxine
