释义	glucose-6-phosphatase 〔EC 3.1.3.9.〕6-磷酸葡萄糖酶：一种水解酶，催化以下反应：6-磷酸-D-葡萄糖＋H2O＝D-葡萄糖＋正磷酸。亦催化生理意义不详的转磷酸作用及焦磷酸水解反应。此酶见于肝、肾、肠粘膜的内质网中，而不见于肌肉。上述反应为肝内葡萄糖生成作用的主要途径。此酶缺乏为常染色体隐性性状，导致糖原贮积症Ⅰ型(von Gierke病)
