释义	ketosteroid [ˌki:təuˈstiərɔid]甾酮类，酮甾类，酮类固醇：在功能性碳原子上有酮基的一种类固醇。17-酮类固醇通常指人肾上腺和性腺分泌的激素类在尿中的代谢产物，其17位碳原子上有一个酮基。正常男性和女性尿中均含有此种酮固醇，某些肾上腺皮质和卵巢肿瘤病人的含量升高。主要的酮类固醇有：雄酮、表雄酮、本胆烷醇酮、脱氢表雄酮和少量11-氧合17-酮类固醇。缩写为17-KS
