释义	Lactobacillus 乳〔酸〕杆菌属：乳酸杆菌科的一个属，是较大的，革兰阳性，不产生孢子，棒状微生物。是厌氧菌或微需氧菌，广泛存在于自然界及人口腔、阴道和肠道。在口腔，它们与龋齿相关，但是否起病因作用尚不清楚。分为两型：同型发酵型(homofermentative group)，发酵时仅产生乳酸；异型发酵型(heterofermentative group)，发酵时还产生其它终末产物 习惯用语   Lactobacillus acidophilus 嗜酸乳杆菌：产生发酵产品嗜酸乳的同型发酵乳杆菌   Lactobacillus bifidus 双叉乳杆菌：同Bifidobacterium bifidum   Lactobacillus bulgaricus 保加利亚乳杆菌：产生发酵产品称为保加利亚乳的一种同型发酵乳杆菌
