寻常须疮：累及胡须区的细菌性毛囊炎，通常由金黄色葡萄球菌引起，最初的损害是毛发受到感染，表现为针头大小的脓疮，如果不注意，则可导致发生脓疮病，形成痂皮及成为慢性损害lupoid sycosis
狼疮样须疮：为慢性有瘢痕形成的深部寻常须疮。表现为持续、缓慢扩大的环形斑，在其进行性发展的边缘区有滤泡性血疹脓疱，愈合时在中心区有瘢痕形成sycosis tarsi
