释义	syphilid 梅毒疹：为二期于梅毒皮肤损害的通称，指连续分批(通常在感染后六周到二年)出现的皮疹，持续数天到数月，不断加剧和明显，持续时间更久，但尚非全身性。梅毒血清学试验皆呈阳性。此期粘膜损害富含梅毒螺旋体，临床上亦最富传染性。皮疹有各种各样，按其形状如环形梅毒疹，按其位置或描述为跖梅毒疹等
