释义	cystathionine γ-lyase 〔EC 4.4.1.1〕胱硫醚γ-裂解酶：一种裂解酶，催化以下反应：L-胱硫醚＋H2O＝L-半胱氨酸＋NH3＋2-酮丁酸。为一种磷酸吡哆醛蛋白质。该反应发生于肝内，是半胱氨酸由蛋氨酸生成的分解代谢过程中一步骤。该酶缺乏为常染色体隐性性状，可致胱硫醚尿症。又称cystathionase
